Now to read the thread's replies.

So far I haven't bought any DLC on all the devices I own; been close to buying some songs once. For this next generation, DLC will be okey if it's appropiate and the storage solutions present in both the 3DS and Wii U wont limit it, but when companies overuse DLC it can be a problem. For example, I enjoy the common free updates apps get on the iOS market; but that too can be a blessing and a curse, it all depends on the developer. Some of them add content for free when updating the program, but others make your paid content into a free ad haven...

Anyone who thought that Ninty wouldnt charge at all for DLC on their games, is either really gulluible, naive, silly or maybe all three. This is the same company that charged for a internet browser, for the love of god. (although they made it free later)

Even if you and I boycott all paid for DLC there are about 20 more people who have no problem paying for that. YOu honestly think these companies are not gonna take advantage???
