No. Myspace is dead and gone, to be permanently replaced by Facebook and, to some extent, Google+.
Twitter isn't doing the same thing, really, so it's not a direct competitor.

why so cynical. I absoulety love facebook and it's a great way to stay in touch with people that I would other wise would have lost contact with forever.

So is email. And it does so without advertisments, annoying popups, or the illusion that that whole network is.

I've never had that many pop-ups on facebook and advertisements are just apart of any kind of website these days. The only advertisements that really annoy me is when they show a commercial, before you watch a video on youtube. I just want to watch the video dam it.

Really? because VGC is swarming with advertisements like crazy. Seriously, I ve never seen so man ads on single page before. It didnt always used to be like this, tho. When I first found the web site, somwhere in fall 2008, we had MUCH MUCH LESS ads
Google+ current "Exclusive Club" status has made sure Myspace is dead and dead forever.
Hey i was never the social networking guy but in 2007 when my friends got me on to social networking on myspace i was into it, and i then went to facebook to play some games but never got into it because myspace was were it was at then myspace died and my effort in social networking died with it and really i dont really care.
I am waiting for google+ to hit off.
Of Course That's Just My Opinion, I Could Be Wrong
