Do you honestly expect me to believe you think Muramsa had more effort put into it than MHTri? A 20 hour single player 2-D game vs. a 200 hour 3-D multiplayer (local and online) open world game with an additional story mode and actual customization that goes beyond changing the stats and reusing the same sprites?? Or Trauma Center, which has less content than a decent sized point and click adventure?? Or a god-damned Rail Shooter running on the RE4 engine and using old assets from previous games??

I'm not saying these games don't deserve a place on the list of quality 3rd party games, but the inflation caused by your point-spamming is quickly making this thread lose all touch with reality. If I tally up your recent posts it comes out that MHtri is a worse game than Sonic, for christ's sake!

I am not saying anything about you, you vote balanced, and change both the plus and minus games, I did that for a while till noticed that not all players were like that. I am putting pressure on those players as they keep posting the same games over, and over again, now they have to do it to save the one game they want to win and can't focus on other games. If you see I am changing the plus game, from time to time I have most games of the list, and I like some more than others but this is a way to keep people worry about their games without eliminating them, other reason why I choose one that was on the top of the list.

Yea, but gumpy_trucker didn't always vote up Monster Hunter, and his thumb down usually varries. Just don't let the HP get too low okay? Putting pressure on the game is one thing, killing it is another. An eye for and eye makes the whole world blind, forcing people to vote 1 game because you put so much pressure on it doesn't allow other people to vote for other franchises they like, so the thread will be more about what you like. Just be fair.

I do believe that a small company with a limited budget trying to release a different kind of game, of a new franchise in an unknow enviroment is as worthy of winning that a game of a know franchise that was sure to sell several millions, that had a big budget and was from a big company. I know I had more fun with those games than from Monster Hunter.

Your argument is valid and welcome, but the timing leaves a lot to be desired.... When there are ten games left on the list (which IMO should include games like the Trauma Series and No More Heroes at that point, just to be clear) then we can start debating the pros and cons of a big franchise game vs. a small budget original game. But as long as there are so many less worthy games still on the list there is no reason for you to go after Monster Hunter in particular. Furthermore, if that's your main agenda (going after big franchises), why target MH exclusively when the same could be said about Sonic or GoldenEye or the RE games?

I don't think you honestly believe MH is worse than Sonic or Just Dance or RE Chronicles... Not if you've played those games.

I didn't believe that games like Dead Space or The Conduit were worse than Carnival Games, Deca Sports, Game Party, Zumba Fitness, Skate It, Michael Jackson: The experience and many more, but I saw that MrT-Tar was playing with fixed options till it killed a game, and if it works for him why change the strategy?, besides I know a lot of people like that game and they will not let it die, that is why I choose the top one instead of a smaller one, otherwise it will be dead by this moment.

By the way, just 4 days ago, you even congratulate him for the strategy. And were using a similar one.
