Everyone's trying to chase the dragon that is the mobile space, but you never catch the dragon (stupid south park reference, i know)
Also, i thought Crush wasn't a new IP. Wasn't that a PSP game?

They are doing the same thing as Nintendo, waiting for the Q3-Q4 release window. Really, everyone should just release the software as it gets ready, instead of dumping it all at the Holidays.
Either way, I think this title is set to release with it's bro Shinobi on September... Keeping them together.
EDIT: Was completely off: http://nintendoeverything.com/69808/
Shinobi: 11/11/2011 http://www.sega.com/games/shinobi/
CRUSH3D: 21/02/2012 http://www.sega.com/games/crush-3d/

isn't it this franchise or is it something entirely new? cuz if so this is not a new IP
and trainwreck nailed it, that's the precise reason why 3rd parties are acting the way they do. it's not a clear cut black and white situation. and this isn't confirmed. Chances are they will release it laterm possibly announce going multiplatform also..or something.
so who wants to guess which 3rd party title will get delayed/cancelled next from the 3ds line up? I do however think after sales pick up (starting this holiday season) more support will come along with some announcements at TGS this year

'becoming dumb'?, I think the question should be 'when will they stop being dumb?'

Right, i thought i remembered it being a PSP game
I disagree with trainwreck's assertion, though. If the game is done as they seem to be indicating, it's worth nothing for them to sit on it

All I can say is that Nintendo is going to have to hurry up development. Their games sell their systems. Nintendo may have wanted to slow their releases to give third parties a chance to succeed but now third parties don't know if the 3DS is going succeed without Nintendo's early support. Nintendo will have to do something quickly. Price drop, early releases of major titles (Mario Kart and Super Mario 3D come to mind), or else they set the stage up for Playstation Vita to overtake them.
It's not new new IP but it's new on a Nintendo's platform.
I just think it's really dumb to sit on the game for half a year when it's already done.
selling like a brick because its lite on IP's

How ells will they be able to blame Nintendo?
