I think Pixar are having another shot at the win with a movie called Brave.

Edit: it releases right at the start of 2012.

So far the best animated movie this year is Rango but I think The Adventures of Tin Tin:Secret of the Unicorn will win. Since Paramount Studios is the main studio behind both pictures its a big win for them.
