Forums - Movies & TV - So what will happen to the best animated movie? (Accademy Awards)

Rango and Kung Fu Panda 2 will probably get a nomination but ultimately Tintin will win. Arthur Christmas might get a nomination.

does it have to be cel animation or cgi?
if not, I would nominate this:

Stop motion animation is good too.

Bingo. Never doubt the almighty Spielberg.

Rango was fun and original. For sure it is my favourite this year. As for Academies, they give those pretty randomly imo, so I don't care that much.

Happy feet 2 maybe? or Puss in boots? Nah Tintin will probably win.

Maybe Winnie-the-Pooh? It is really high on rottentomatoes.

The Oscars are actually extremely easy to predict, which is why they're pretty boring to watch. No real excitement.

I would make a bet on Winnie the Pooh winning. The buzz around it is already oscar worthy.
