NEWS! No need to worry guys. Ubisoft has confirmed the title's cancellation, but we have more games coming :)

AC 3DS is cancelled as was said by the lead writer, decision was made back in Sep 2010. Titles like Imagine and Petz are coming.

Can't wait!

Well generally they do suck ;) If we look at them objectively they are just a huge sequel factory with tons of showelware development studios as a bonus.

gonna have to disagree with that, Assassin's Creed alone, IMHO, is good enough i could forgive there missteps and Just Dance is successful no matter how i feel about that series

AC is part of their yearly sequel plan - it's only a matter of time before they run it into a ground and reach saturation point

That could very well be true, but for now the games are great, so i have no problem with Ubi, and a new, true Rayman is incoming

Ubisoft is a great company but they're in no way perfect. They have a tendency to make a great new IP and then dilute it until no one's interested. But... Beyond Good and Evil is one of those Ubi IPs that didn't suffer that treatment. It'll be interesting to see what they do with it.

It didn't because orginall sold so badly that they decided milking it would be unprofitable.

Good, Ubicrap releases nothing but shovelware on Nintendo systems anyways.(my opinion) It would give better games a chance to sell now that they won't develop more garbage software for the 3DS(i.e. Aphalt 3D, Rayman 3D, Combat of Giant Dinosaurs 3D etc). In fact, they should just stop releasing stuff for Nintendo's system and save more shelf space for Nintendo released titles IMHO.

oh thanks for the explanation.  i've been out for a while and just catching up on my forum threads.  btw anyone know how i could erase stuff on my forum buddy list?
