Is anyone going to argue this won't happen for the Wii U? Nintendo have said their strategy is to stand aside on first party software and let third parties shine especially in holiday periods, and consumers will be let down in this way again.

Well, can't say I'm too broken up if true; the prior AC handheld games I've played haven't been anything to write home about. (Altair's Chronicles was just bad, while Bloodlines was very dull. Haven't tried Discovery yet.)

Well generally they do suck ;) If we look at them objectively they are just a huge sequel factory with tons of showelware development studios as a bonus.

gonna have to disagree with that, Assassin's Creed alone, IMHO, is good enough i could forgive there missteps and Just Dance is successful no matter how i feel about that series

Was looking forward to this, was one of the reasons I got a 3DS. Lets hope there is some more games catered for the hardcore gamer coming to it, our it'll suffer the same fate as my DS did.
