@blacksaber

actually its more like a water molecule compared to all water on earth. There are more stars in space then grains of sand on earth.

The scary thing is thats true. I wonder if there are more galaxies than grains of sand though...

Lol thx jay. Still waiting for that friend request though.  :)

I want to limit my friends to 16 people. I MAY be your friend if I delete another friend, but you have to prove that you're a cool dude.

In the future if you prove to be a nice, cool-headed, guy, then I'll delete Boutros and replace him with you. I haven't really seen much of you to make a decision yet though.

Why would you limit yourself with only 16 friends??? If you like what a person write's or post on here you should at the very least write a message on his/her wall to show some respect for them. :)

Anyways i respect your decision for only allowing "COOL" people to be your friend. But you should really be more open-minded.   :)

In addition to my last post, I would add that such a finding would be like finding a needle in a haystack. That's not to say it's rare, at least not in terms of sheer numbers. But if you think of the massive scale of our universe (litterally we cannot wrap our feeble minds around it), there could be thousands, if not MILLIONS of planets with intelligent life of some sort out there, and we could never find it, or at least not in the forseeable future. Just think how massive our one solitary galaxy, The Milky Way, is. It is 100000 light years in diameter. Then think of billions more like it, and it becomes more clear as to why we haven't found any intelligent life, and probably won't for a long long time. It will probably take us at least until we colonize other planets, if not other solar systems, and greatly expand our reach throughout the galaxy, Star Wars style.

@theps3news

estimates are 300 sextillion stars but the problem is we will never get an answer what we can possibly percieve is the hubble radius that means we can see a bubble of 26 billion lightyears ofcourse the universe is much larger but the light had no time to reach us because the universe is to young. we know the universe is flat that means its either infinite or a lot bigger then we can see. also it looks like the laws of nature vary on huge distances . which could point to a truly mind boggling reality. my guess the universe is atleast as big that common understanding cant picture it. we are practically prisoners of our natural laws no matter what we do we wont be able to really see whats going on. the smarter our technology becomes the bigger the universe will be.

sooner or later

They have found us already but the U.S. government hides everything from its people. Check out some of Bob Lazar's interviews on youtube.

There is no life on other planets,don't you think we would have already found something bye now. So,I vote no.

Yeah, 'cause we've been to so many planets before and found nothing.

I want to shake hands with an alien.

Be careful that it is a hand before you shake it. I can imagine some awkward moments.

You know, it's highly unlikely that alians actualyl shake their hands (if they have hands) as a greeting. It qould be quite funny if they actually had groping genitals as a greeting ritual.
