I don't see what the big deal is. Your life and your body are your last true beacons of freedom, since everything else you do and everywhere else you go are regulated by lawmakers and land-owners.
If you want to give yourself a tattoo or pierce your ears or get circumcised or have your vagina altered to look like a prepubescent girls', that's your decision and nobody has any right to tell you what to do with it. your life, your body, your choice. simple as that.

risque, one. Two, we're still not allowed to post images of that nature (unless you mean risque but not properly pornographic), just topics of that nature in general...
Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

People can do this to their own bodies, but we, Doctors/surgeons, can't do that to others.
It goes against the Hippocratic Oath and the the "primum non nocere"(non-maleficence) principle.
I question the ethics of a surgeon who would do this.

Anything about sex or genitals, really. Even without images and videos.
Guys the doc I saw is called "The Perfect Vagina", and I believe there was another but I can't remember the name. I think they show a doctor slicing one up, but I don't recall, I was super blown when I saw it.

Are you serious? You question the ethics of a cosmetic surgeon who actually does what his patients ask him to? it's not like it's going to harm them in any significant way, and when we have companies selling cigarettes and the government with almost no problem with anyone owning a gun, THIs is where the ethics draw the line? I don't know what kind of messed up head you have where it's okay to sell products that kill with wanton recklessness but it's not okay to make a cosmetic change to someone's appearance just becuase you personally think it's wrong. I think wearing makeup is just wrong....but that doesn't give me the right to tell others that they're not allowed to wear it.
