Consider:

Level1. 1 smiley = 30 characters

Level2. 3 smiley's = 38 characters

 Level3. 1 smiley  = 65 characters

The initial condision is 30 characters in level 1. You take the number of smiley's inherent in the level, and put it in the exponent  of the level-number and add it to the amount of characters in the previous Level. So to get to

Level 2 = 30 + (2^3) = 38, and

Level 3 = 38 + (3^3) = 65

I said that just doing it just because the patient wants it, is an unethical position by the doctor IF it will be, or is highly likely to be more maleficent than beneficent.  On my very first comment on this thread I said that people can do it to their own body. You are confounding things. A person has its own free will and a doctor can respect every patient's free will, but it doesn't that exempts the doctor of his responsabilities and with the medical ethics code, nor obligates him to do it. That means that a patient can want anything, but it doesn't mean that just that is ok to the doctor put the patient in a situation like I explained. SINCE WHEN I tried to refute "your body you choice"? Nor just I have agreed with that in my two comments(Three counting this one), but I ALSO explained the difference the person/patient free will and the doctors/surgeon obligation/responsabilities.
