Referencing the title of the thread (as I don't have time to read where the discussion is now, sorry). Its not that uncommon when you consider that all cosmetic surgery has been on the rise dramatically and most of the buyers are female. Plus a lot of surgeons offer 'package deals' these days that are economically much better options than a chosen set of procedures and include things such as this so a lot of people may get the option for it in a package and accept it even if they never intentionally would have bought it separately.

This "barbie" one is kinda nasty, but I did some research and it does actually have benefits. I saw some before and after pictures of some of the procedures and it turned some really disgusting looking vaginas into normal ones.
