Go ahead and imagine, if you will, traveling throughout the nation, with nothing but a ragtag group of pet animals to accompany you.

Enduringly, you travel through snow and rain, desert and forest, countryside and city, night and day.

Never giving up, always on the go, seeking out that next adventure, that next big challenge.

Going on, one day you enter a lonely, dreary town with a sole tower, a memorial to those that have lost their lives.

And you hear the tower is haunted, so you decide to climb it. Before climbing, though, you set up camp at its base for the night, planning to start your way in the morning.

Right about the middle of the night, you awaken to something cold and wet rubbing against your face. You open your eyes only to find out... this thing has licked you.

I awaken with fright, a scream is all that I can muster up but the sheer monstrous site of what lies in front of me paralyzes me with fear, it never lets the scream become more than a fleeting though. In front of me was a 5 foot tall monster with his toungue just leaving my neck which seemed to be covered by a mysterious sticky green liquid.

The monster moves around the room trying to find something, I guess it wants to lick my pets too...wait WHERE ARE MY PETS?

I look around and see the whole room empty apart from the monster. It seems my pets have disappeared, been kidnapped or gotten lost.

Just then the monster turns around and fixes its gaze upon me....our eyes meet....I see blood red eyes glaring into me. A second later the monster comes running towards me, once again I become paralyzed by fear and close my eyes...hoping for a miracle...

Seconds go by and no such miracle occurs......i open my eyes and the monster is gone, the ominous presence it brought with it as well.
I decide to rush out the base of the tower when i hear a scream. The sound is unmistakable its one of my pets and its in trouble. I have no choice i must climb the tower and rescue my friends.

I temporarily release one of my pets from its agonising existence cramped into a metal sphere, with no regard for anything except my own life. I order the pet to brutally assault the monster I have seen and repeatedly throw more metal spheres at it in an attempt to escape.

My pet that I have released from the sphere is a tortoise, these species evolved over the years on greyfriar island which was a hostile environment, eventually these species of totroise were able to absorb water from the surroundings by trapping moisture. They were then able to use this water to attack predators or competitors.

I called my water tortoise Leviathan. Leviathan sprayed water on the monster with great force, the stream of rushing water hit the monster in the stomach and made it fall right onto the window, shattering the glass. The sheer size of the monster stopped it from falling out of the window and tumbling down 30 floors to its death.

I was glad Leviathans attacks were working, I thought Leviathan could buy me time, I had to look for my other pets, the metal spheres I had thrown at the monster were all empty, all 5 of them....5 of my pets were still somewhere in this dark ominous tower.

I had to find them....if we were to truly vanquish this monster I needed their help.....but more importantly I was worried for their safety, without me guiding them they wouldn't be able to defend themselves.

Just then I heard something give out a cry, it wasn't Leviathan or the monster......it was a girl's cry.
