Man totally forgot about that one, 3DS is a fighting gamers wet dream. Could you get much better. Sega bring us VirtuaFighter 3D please. Still can you honestly argue that the 3DS isn't getting enough support. It takes time to develop games and that list shown last year were alot of developers just starting to make their games, I bet we'll hear of alot of their unnanounced projects really soon. Not to mention new games will start to be announced too.
What Nintendo is doing right now is their spacing out their first party releases over the fiscal year. Trying to buy developers time then as soon as those developers finish their products bamb your mid will be blown!

I still think 3rd parties despise Nintendo so, we'll just wait and see how the support goes along the way.
Oh yeah, there's also Punch Time Explosion that's supposedly taking care of your Smash Bros craving. Not scoring too nice, though.

Street Fighter is on every platform except PSP and Wii
Blazblue is on every platform except Wii
and we already know PSV is getting entries in both of those series too.
And 3DS is not a fighter gamers dream due to lack of serious online (not everyone lives in Japan and can meet other players on a daily basic in trains and other places).

Street Fighter Alpha 3 Max was released on PSP years ago, so...there's that and as a fighting enthusiast i agree that the lack of online is hurting those fighters, but you have to remember it IS a portable system, expectations have to be checked, especially when we're using online and Ninty in the same sentence. Hopefully the online will get better and lets see how Sony does with Vita.
