fans base difference is too big, uncharted fans base can't compete with halo fans base at all...

This is only a remake not the full game. Don't expect this to sell better than the original Halo. I expect sales somewhere below ODST

Yeah I know its confirmed being $40..I was just poking fun at the ODST shenanigans where they said it would be $40 but then raised it to $60.

Am I the only person that isn't underestimating Uncharted? Back in 2009 I remember people saying that Uncharted 2 would not cross 3 million and get around the same reviews or maybe worse than Uncharted 1 because of too much competition from games like Call of Duty and Halo 3 ODST. But now it is just a little under 5 million and with the fanbase that grew with Uncharted 2 Uncharted 3 only looks bigger and better every way. I think it will oustsell Hal CE from .5-1million. But both games will be much above 5 million

Halo, it's $40, and whilst it's going up around MW3, it'll do very well on black friday and be fresh over the holiday period. I think most Halo fans will at least consider this Vs. ODST which a lot dismissed because of the price and no real new multiplayer. Whilst Halo CEA doesn't have new multiplayer that's not really what its legacy is about IMO, more the epic campaign.

U3 will do v well though of course, not 6 mill though, unrealistic expectations and growth.

Wii there be any new mp maps? I know the preorders are only about 18k right now... but that's great for a remake!

This is among the more absurd comparisons I've seen. A remake of an FPS, and a new TPS-action adventure.

Halo CE should beat Uncharted 3 quite handily in sales.

It will be really close. But am I the only person that thinks Uncharted 3 will outsell Halo CE remake?!
