Bad game gets bad review. More at 11. Back to you in the studio, Diane.

If F is a 59 or lower then that's in line with many other reviews.

An F in my university is < 25 percent. E < 40.

Theres no way on gods green earth that DNF is as bad as this review suggests.

Having completed it 2 times, and then gone back in a third time to get my achievements to 49/50, i have to say that the humour and attention to detail (not graphically of course, just whats around you to interact with ect) are superb.

The guys and gals who worked on this game deserve far better than a BS review score like this, hang your head in shame 1DOWN.

Sounds like attention whoring. I'm shocked that a game reviewer would resort to such tactics. Just flabbergasted.

I don't know who to trust anymore. The 10:00 news? My mother? My world has turned upside down today, the day videogame journalism died.

At least I was right about one thing: Duke Nukem Forever was more fun as a neverending joke than it is as finished product.

Lol. Haven't played it, but I doubt it deserves and F either.

I mean, really:
"Remember the kidnapped women in the second episode of Duke 3D? They're back, but this time they scream in a combination of pain and ecstasy as they're raped and impregnated. Two of them -- who had given Duke oral sex earlier in the game -- beg him not to dump them and promise to "lose the pregnancy weight." The player can then choose to kill them on the spot or watch them scream as they suffer a painful death -- exploding with their alien babies. Throughout the rest of the level, Duke encounters women in a similar state and is offered the same terrible choice: kill them on the spot or face the alien spawn. Dispatching the woman prompts Duke to quip, "They're not human anymore.""

How can that be an F? :P

Wtf? That sounds like something out of a bad hentai movie...

Which is good, right?

It means if it were a hentai i'd totally watch it, but i'd find it discomfiting in a video game...

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

@endimion

Are you for real. Your the one advocating for censorship. I am advocating for the right of a reviewer to take a moral stance on games that they review. Which obviously a great many of them are. This reviewer has every right to deny this game anything that constitutes an endorsement. A reviewer is not obligated to be a mindless automaton. They are not machines. They have the right to make judgement calls, and tough shit for you if you don't like that. You can exercise your freedom by choosing to ignore them, or by not using their services in the future.

I can't believe this game is getting panned like this. Its actually not that bad at all... Is 1up that big of a media attention whore, they have to resort to this? Maybe their advertising revenue is down and they have to generate traffic?
