Hell, in my home town, we arrested a guy for drug trafficking and he drove by my house and honked the horn about a week later (out on bond).  After he finally went to prison for a couple of years, he got arrested again for the exact same charge, last year.  I kid you, not--this son of a bitch was driving through my neighborhood on Sunday!!
