yep, im still gonna buy one tho when its super cheap

My slim is still worth a substantial amount though, I haven't really found any reason to keep it. So I might sell it before Uncharted 3 launches so I can buy a huge 1080p TV.

Um, no, I'm not.



 Been away for a bit, but sneaking back in.

PS3 advantages
larger selection of exclusives
PSN is free and just about as good as xbox live.

Xbox 360 advantages
my favorite console exclusives are on it "halo and left 4 dead"
better selection of downloadable games
controller
I can actually play games online with friends, since I only know about 2 people with ps3s.

Overall 360 wins as my favorite console this gen.

I really like microsoft's controller. GTA and RDR looks better on the console. Mass Effect (1) is exclusive to it. Throw in Halo and GOW as exclusives games. You just can't forget Xbox Live online. It's Microsoft for me.

nope the online thing would be an opinion aswell as im on both regularly and i see no reall diff.

PS3 simply because paying to play online sucks, Live is good but they can keep all the bells and whistles, and Sony has more 1st party exclusives and the multiplats are just about the same

This thread is probably going to divebomb into flame wars pretty quickly thats why people try not to make straight up PS3 vs 360 threads.

But anyways on topic I'd have to say I play my 360 way more but that isn't because I dislike PS3. In fact I think its an awesome console. There's really 4 main reasons why

1. Xbox Live (the most important reason)
2. Halo (my favorite franchise of all time)
3. Gears of War.
4. The vast majority of my friends are on Xbox.

I honestly pretty much only use my PS3 for exclusives and blu-ray while I use my 360 for everything else. Both are great and pretty damn equal when everything is said and done.
