One of the highlights of Nintendo's E3 press conference for me was when Nintendo announced that Nintendo's next SmashBros game will be coming to 3DS and WiiU with some cross compatability features. I was so excited the only thing Nintendo could have done to excite me more would be to actually show the game.

So I was wondering what was more exciting SmashBros on WiiU or on 3DS? Why is WiiU's version more exciting then 3DS or vice versa. Are you more excited about the possibility of playing on a tablet controller or a 3D screen. How about playing with two screens regardless of which console?

What game are you more excited for, interested in? SmashBros 3DS or WiiU?

i picked the 3ds version , because of 3d effect. also i most likely will get both versions anyways.

3DS version, because: I want to see what they can do with the 3D, and because it's the first Smash Bros on a portable!

How do you think they could incorporate the new controller into Smash Bros for Wii U?
How might they use the motion sensitivity in Smash Bros 3DS?

Umm i might get excited once it enters pre-production or even better development... at the moment though i am just sick of games being announced so early (it'll prob be a holiday 2013, or early 2014 game).

Of course the WiiU will probably be the better version but who said the games will have anything in common outside of "some form of connectivity" ?

3DS one as it lets me play it while trying to do number 2 in the toilet.

I am very excited for both, espcially as they can work together in some way. I am slightly more hyped for Smash Bros on the 3DS though. Due to the fact it's a) Smash Bros on a handheld b) has so many unquie features to work with (StreetPass/SpotPass, Play Coins, 3D etc) and c) we could get a slightly different experience on a handheld to what we are used to on a console which could really help freshen up the franchise.

I am very excited about both. I think the WiiU version takes the cake as there is something about SSB and sitting all together around a screen IMO, something that will be lost on the 3DS.

Well Smash is meant for multiplayer so I think the WiiU will be better, still I got more excited for 3DS version. I guess SSB on WiiU was a given.

You should be able to do that with Wii U too props to Wii U controller. Hell, you could even play it in local multiplayer without the need of another 3DS+"SSB 3D" 

At least for me, since right now i've got my 3DS, i'm eager to play it on that tiny little screen,  but i know that as far as i've got my Wii U it will be more interesting to play it there
