To those who played The Witcher 2 on PC, how does these screenshots compare with the PC version?

Well it blows it out of the water on almost medium settings....and it will probably perform much better then it did on medium on my really nice laptop that I had.

That looks horrible compared, even worse than the first Witcher, they shouldn't port it if they can't make it right like they promised to do.

Well to be fair those are "pre-Alpha" I think? And it doesn't look that bad, considerably worse games made their way into the world.

basically mid to low textures from the PC version with depth of field and light shafts turned off and most importantly no shadows but I am sure they will add them before the game is final, bloom appears to be on but I would say it doesn't have the full number of lights from the PC version.

They are pretty low resolution screens and suffer from a lot of JPEG compression artefacts so it's impossible to tell if they are using SSAO or AA on 360, there is also no fast motion or camera turns so I can't tell if they are using any motion or radial blur effects, it also isn't raining so can't tell if the wet surfaces effect is applied.

I've played the game at a friends' @ medium @ 1920x1080. It annihilates these shots, but no PC from 2005 will even be able to run it... you have to give the developers that.

Dude no it doesn't, it absolutely trashes the first Witcher on the max specs (I should know since I had the game on max on my computer) and its much better then the Witcher 2 on almost medium settings too. 

not as good textures in SOME cases (expected) and not as good lighting effects (also expected). Rest is the same = still incredible looking.

And yeah someone must be high. The Witcher on MAX doesn't look anywhere near as good as Witcher 2 on 360.
