________

I WILL BE DOING THIS EVERY WEEK!!!!!!!123123

Hangover 2 dominates as KFP2 disappoints compared to expectations!

POTC 4 sees a decline in 2nd week, which was expected, pretty sharp considering no theatre count decline though.

Always love these kind of charts regarding films, since you really can't be fanboyish, outside of Avatar fanboys....I dislike those people!

Kung Fu Panda 2 bombed.

The Pirates movie isn't really doing that well either considering it's budget.

It will cross 1B$...It's doing amazing business overseas.

Neither of those movies bombed. They aren't doing as well as expected but they are both far from bombing...

I never said that the Pirates movie bombed.

The other one hasn't even made half of it's budget in America which is it's major market.  I understand that it's not Dylan Dog, but still...

I wonder why nobody checked this thread out back when it was made.

Hey, Kung Fu Panda 2 exceeded my low expectations. I expected a shitty money grab along the lines of Shrek 3 and 4 and what I got was one hell of an awesome movie. I couldn't stop smiling. I don't know what the box office looked like for the following weeks (can't be good with heavy hitters like X-Men and Super 8 on the horizon but I hope KFP 2 has some legs. It was awesome. I can only hope Cars 2 is as good of a sequel as Po's second outing was.
