Doesn't wonder me. Why should Spike Chunsoft go back to Rising Star Games when NIS America publishes all their other newer games in America + Europe?

I think there's like a biding war between small publishers for rights to some of the ips. I think some one at Xseed mention about something like that.

Digimon Cyber Sleuth PS4/Vita physical is what it is. I would love to get physical Vita release but it looks like its not happening. I can understand the "betrayal" since the game was originally a Vita release. The best way to get more physical Vita games is to support Vita ecosystem directly. There is a new Digimon game coming. Now if Cyber Sleuth sees great sales numbers digital on Vita then the new Digimon game has greater chance of seeing physical in the west. If majority of those who own PS4 and Vita go for physical PS4 Cyber Sleuth, you can bet the new Digimon game is going to be the same. I learned years ago that sometimes you must act against your feelings and truly vote with your wallet. It hurts and I missed few great games because of that but looking back now some of those franchises really changed. I will put my money on Vita ecosystem for Digimon Cyber Sleuth even if I want the physical PS4 version. That is my responsibility since I wish to see other Vita games to be released. I want to play DanganRonpa 3 on Vita, it is not even announced yet but I'm acting to make it happen. Buy Vita games if you want to see your favourite games on it.
Vita is looking way better now than I thought last year. There are shitloads of games announced and coming for it. In my eyes, Vita has already beat the odds. People have been talking shit for so long you'd believe Vita was already discontinued but it is not. Instead of arguing, let's all enjoy gaming.
I cannot imagine toilet-free life.
Kebabs have a unique attribute compared to other consumables. To unlock this effect you need to wolf down a big ass kebab really fast, like under 10 minutes or so and wait for the effect to kick in. If done correctly your movements should feel unbelievably heavy to the point where you literally cannot move at all.

Couple of interesting things I came across on GAF today. Old post about the localized version of Eiyuu Senki (which is coming out on PS3 in the west):

Thanks for all the positive comments. Licensing this game has been a surprising development for us as well. If you can imagine that. :)
It will be our first console release. Before that we localized three indie Japanese games for PC. With the third one's Steam release next week, they will all be available through Steam and almost all other digital distributors.
Vita version of Eiyuu Senki is going to be released in Japan at the end of this month. We will be working on the PS3 version which was released six months ago. This does not mean that we will stop working on PC either, we have very good news on that department coming very soon.
We will consider a Vita release based on the success of the PS3 one, but I want to note that we received a surprising amount of demand for the Vita version. Considering it is not even released yet...
And Victor Ireland (Gaijinworks) about his future plans:

MAC: What about the Vita? Is it the system most likely for you to jump on or will consoles like the PS3 or PS4 more likely?
VI: We're actually looking at, negotiating for, or working on games for PS Vita, PS3 and PS4, so it's pretty likely you're going to see something from Gaijinworks on all those platforms. We're riding this PSP train to the bitter end, trying to rescue as many 'lost' or 'abandoned' PSP JRPGs as we can before that's impossible, but the curtain is coming down on that, so we've been working on the transition from a dead platform to merely a legacy platform, and then current platforms. You most-likely won't hear even an announcement about any of those until 2016, though.
Right now and until next week there's a sale on fighting games for Vita and other systems:
