Because that's what companies do.. ensure profit any way possible... They didn't do great with different versions of a game with that Way of the samurai Like game that released recently.. So Spike Chunsoft could want to find a western Arm to publish their games or make them more attractive to little publishers... and a Danganronpa 3 for PS3/Ps4 and Vita would make a perfect excuse for Danganronpa HD Collection for home consoles...
