I doesn't look that great on Vita.. but compared with 3Ds it looks fabulous! and sounds better too...

No I agree, for a Vita title it looks meh, but I really was surprised by the improvements over the 3DS version as I was led to believe it was a straight port.

Can someone tell me if Need for Speed MW is good? I mean, some friends said the gameplay on PC was weird, and it was looking like burnout. But it is a bad thing?

It's very good. One of the best games on Vita.

From the list above I'm expecting Gravity Rush 2 and SS Delta, but those are 2014 games. 2013 still has a good surprise: Starlight Inception. I'm very impressed with that game.
