Yesterday I received a notification on my 3ds that the update will be available in the afternoon of today (6-jun), but not specific time was given, I'm in Mexico and I don't know if nintendo is planing different time schedules.

Nothing in Japan either yet.
I kind of hoped that the update would be live at around 8a.m. (55 minutes ago) but it wasn't. Meh. :/
Now I'm hoping for 10a.m.
