Ok, I'm going to drop this now. Because we both have different views at this. One side is saying it was far from unplayable(just called my friends and they said maybe 1 in every 10 matches there was a problem) and you saying you couldn't play it competitively. 

btw I own a PS3, but find any CoD after 2 to be a waste of time 

Trust me, it was BAD.

Don't trust your friends, trust us, when PSN was at it's worst, 9/10 games were hacked, the 1/10 that weren't usually crashed because of host migration.

What kind of logic is that?

Either way, you obviously need to talk this over with your friends, they were probably talking about the minor amount of hacking that occured just after the PS3 was hacked, not after the serial key thingy's were leaked.

I am neither an xbox or a wii person. I am however anti root-kit person, and really anti anything that fucks with my consumer rights. Sony just has happened to excel at that.

 

Are there root kits on the PS3?

lmfao telling the truth about how hackers messed up psn is defending? if anyone at all says anything at all negative about hackers you jump on them isn't that defending?

I'm not quite sure how the timeline went. Wasn't there a jailbreak first? And then the root keys were released?

Either way, Call of Duty online went from slightly fu**** to MEGA fu****.
