Hmm...looks like VGC could actually be right for all 3 consoles for once.

Good to see the changes.

Well it did have significant adjustments over the last couple weeks after the report from Australian NPD and Nintendo's numbers.

Good! It's nice to see that the numbers are semi-reliable

Here lies the dearly departed Nintendomination Thread.

So PS3 is up .2M YOY Shipments for the Q2, while 360 is down .5M?

Something doesn't add up, and how in the hell does MS plan to be #1 Worldwide with still no price cut? There has to be something drastic planned in the next few weeks to make up for this deficit and to keep their claims.

They could not foresee the huge PS3 numbers. That is the only explanation I can think of.

Maybe they used VGC weekly numbers :D

Do we have any European charts yet, other than France where the 360s overtracked?

Apparently the PS3 is under in NZ/AUS.

Looking forward to the update, we need some more facts instead of speculation and bullshit at the moment.

Sony Said they sold 3.9M during holidays, VGc has it at 4.7M. Overtracked.

You mentioned over/undertracking in your post kowen ..

With talk like that in your own thread, isn't it right to use what data we have to judge where its possibly over/under? Its not baiting, its using data we have...

Yawn.  for god sake, can we just wait please.  Ninty are the only ones that release that... its a week on Thursday.

....I still dont know the source for that french set of numbers where the "overtracking" is tiny and well within error margins either way... (3% I think)

Can we stick to the facts and what this thread is about please.  It is about VGC v Shipped data.  Nothing else.

Source is Le Figaro, France's oldest newspaper. 360 is overtracked by 210k in France, thats not within error margins.

This could be a very contentious thread over the next few weeks....

MS: vocal... 66m shipped? sold? 66.4? 66.1? overtracked? undertracked?
Sony: quiet... beaten by MS over the calendar year? perhaps less than we expect?
Ninty: quiet... any supply out there whatsoever??? lol

Are you saying there's no wii on shelfs out there, I expect to be 700K - 800K as of end of 2011, How much are VGC estimating,

Nice work.

I'm just wating a little more to see any adjustment happen in PS3 numbers (I guess PS3 is 300-500k overtracked).

Ethomaz these numbers seem to suggest you completely manuipuated MS supply numbers in another thread...according to these numbers posted MS holds an average supply chain of 1.44 millions units.  So with MS stating they have shipped over 66 million units isn't fair to ssume 360 sales are approximately are at minimum 64.5 but more realistically 65?
