For 900$ you wont get a computer who can max Crysis, that it was what he was aiming for :D. Even with 300$ after 3 years it wont help you that much, you might get to medium settings in some games. It does not matter how much you spin it PC gamers spend alot of cash if they want to play the newest games probably.

pc scales features in 6 months...

 

what we now pay 1600$(price of a ps3 and a good/medium full hd) let us play at 1600x 1200 ...

but next holidays this same system will cost 1100$ ...

instead ps3 will cost always 600$...

if you think in years...pc always win...

 console can't win against pc on graphics...

all gamers know that...

console can win in a relative way adding price variable...

but as I said before a full HD set with a ps3 costs more than a pc that can handle faboluos resolution of 1600x1200!!!! 

ps3 can't win due the fact that is limited to 1080i/p resolution...

(now sonyans can make some noise about:"resolution means nothing"...)

 

in the end graphics is the last variable choosing a console...
