It's not in the PR and you shouldn't expect it because hackers will give themselves free trophies due to the save sharing feature with the hack infested PSP.

On a small amount of games. Sony obviously wants to cut that out.

Because MH fans seem to buy the game on PSP, not on consoles. Thus, implying that their fans would rather like a remastered version of a far more popular game.
