Thats fake, sony cant say anything about nintendo or xbox or they would be sued.

Joel, I usually don't take the time to respond to your JOKE posts, but seriously. Have you ever read a Sony, Microsoft or Nintendo press release or recap from a new conference and seen them comment on a competitor? Are you just a joke poster now or are you seriously that uninformed and ignorant of the facts?

Im sorry but this is wrong - you can say anything you want, about anyone or thing - you can't be sued either , so long as you are not lying or making it up.

Heck, I drove by and saw a sign for the whopper - showed a double and tripple, it went on to say "Sorry Big Mac, size does matter".

Ive never seen sony say XBOX(other than when they introduced the ps3) or Nintendo.

So why didnt Sony sue Nintendo for this?

You talk trash. Its allowed to mention your competition as long as you dont make up lies. However alot of companys just avoid it because they dont want to give free advertisement to the competition.

That was for the PS2, and Nintendo could do that now with both the Wii and the DS....

I think leo was confusing advertising rules with everyday conversation or in this case business presentations.

That picture isn't going to "bite them in the ass," exactly, although I think it serves as an instant and unmistakable symbol of the changing landscape.

There are still people who believe that the PS2 started off slowly too, and that the PS3 is just gathering steam, that the PS2 and PS3 are tracking identically thus far, and so forth.

This picture single handedly dissipates that illusion.

I like this picture of the first year a lot:
