@ clandecyon )

Thanks ,that you vocalized what I thought about that guys completely illogic comment (politcal oriention has little to nothing to do with emotiveness) , but I think trying to argue with him will be in vain , just like it won't do any good to argue with Nate's ridiculous statement.

@ clandecyon

Thanks! Now we are only waiting for The Moderators ;)

Although I'm from the Netherlands I took the test as well and OMG, some questions feels like the middle ages...

"What goes on in a private bedroom between consenting adults is no business of the state."

WTF is that kind of stupid question? Of course its no one's freaking business and especially not from the state...geez...

Thank god.. I'm left Libertarian, just like I am in the Netherlands... "phew". I belong to the Ghandi, Dalai Lama and Mandela group Closest to the Dalai Lama it looks like it. What an honor

I feel the same about this test. Yes, some questions seem to radical. 'Our race has many superior qualities, compared with other races.' Holy shit, who can ask such questions. Maybe I disagree so strongly, because I'm a german and we know from our history, where such claims can lead to. But I cannot believe any educated people can agree with such statement. Same here: 'People with serious inheritable disabilities should not be allowed to reproduce.' Some of the statements seem completely out of our modern time: 'The most important thing for children to learn is to accept discipline.' No, the most imortant thing for a children to learn is to think independently. Sorry for pointing this out. The test may include some radical question on purpose. Anyways, I'm left libertarian. I still don't like the way some questions are worded.  For example, "Making peace with the establishment is an important part of maturity."  Well, I think becoming well-adjusted to society and learning basic principles like work ethic, politeness, obeying laws, etc. is important, but I also think that critically analyzing these aspects, and especially one's own government, and not being afraid to challenge (peacefully) these things is also very important.

Same here, that's why I only chose disagree, not strongly.

I think that most people who are more right and authoritarian do not see the views of others and would more quickly make a decision based on a bias or their specific cultural position, which, by every account but their own, is quite blind and closed minded, thus making many of their decisions less accurate for the whole.

Now there's an open-minded approach... Dismiss the views of a huge group of people because you believe them to be close-minded.

Wake up, person. I don't attempt to understand the positions of everyone any less than you do. I simply come to different conclusions about what's best for society after analyzing the same data.

Hmm guess I am pretty liberal. Oh well no surprise there.

think no conclusions about what is best is the best one!

It's strange because I always support conservatives and hate many liberals.  I openly supported Bush for a while.  I also support Steven Harper.
