Sorry about that. It's just that I naturally assume what's available in Europe (or at least very soon) should be available in America as well, because they are most of the time ahead of Europe's schedule.

even though the US didn't get Disaster, I would still say that on the Wii they get a slightly better deal than Europe.

Europe missed out on that Mario baseball game and Excitebots. 3 1/2 years after the US release, Axelay isn't on our VC. We also had considerable delays for several games such as Rune Factory Frontier and Tales of Symphonia 2, as well as Brawl (which while wasn't exactly 'considerable' felt longer due to the high profile nature of the game. More minor delays for games like Kirby Epic Yarn and Cave Story. Delays from PAL to the US are usually under a fortnight (like Mario Kart Wii and Wii Fit).

Don't get me wrong, I'm very happy that the situation is a lot better than previous generations (in particular the 4th and 5th). Though I might say that the situation is reversed if the US doesn't get Xenoblade Chronicles.

Not only did US not get Disaster (which I hear wasn't a major loss), we never got Another Code:R and also never got NPC Pikmin 2 (whyyyy!!??)

On DS we never got Last Window either...

If you add that to the fact club Nintendo in EU is waay better than in US (stars--> points is WIN), and the fact we still know nothing about Xenoblade, then it doesn't look so good for Americans suddenly...

I kinda forgot about Another Code and stars-points transfer is pretty awesome (although really overpriced its 4 to 1, meaning to get 500 points, one needs to purchase 8 full priced retail games, each with 250 stars).

I think what we can all agree on is that NoA needs to improve and that Japan is awesome when it comes to game releases and features.

1) This a gaming site where we discuss gaming news. I am not saying that I could do business in a better way than Nintendo. I am just saying that pushing a game that came out in the 90's that you can get on the virtual console for next to nothing as your system seller is probably not the way to do it.

2) It is true that I probably wouldn't buy a 3DS since I do prefer home consoles to handhelds, but that doesn't make me a handheld hater. Feel free to point out the negative comments that I've made about the DS, Gameboy, or any other handheld system. You can't. Wanna know why? I haven't made any.

3) I am not pissed at all. The Wii had a phenomenal run and there's a new Nintendo system coming. I'm excited about E3. The Con-don't-do it 2? Really. That's the best you could come up with? Anyhow, I really don't care about that game since I'm still leveling up in GoldenEye 007 which is awesome. Too bad you wouldn't know since you never tried it and just rip on anything that's a 3rd party Nintendo game (see 98.7% of your own threads). I have tried the 3DS and didn't care for it. Having to work with the 3D bar to get rid of a double image just isn't fun for me. And about the under my bridge comment, this doesn't even warrant a response and shows a severe lack of class.

Btw, I am not sure if you were being sarcastic about VC games, but at least Chrono Trigger and FF III are on it too by now, so Demon's Crest is the only one missing from your list.

quick update on that: Chrono Trigger has been announced for release on American VC this coming Monday.
FF3 is still coming to the US but no date yet. so I guess that's 2 for 3 so far... or as the British say: "still, it's better than a finger in the eye".

Until you've played it, every game is a system seller!
