Okay. I know this will get mocked and laughed at and whatever, but I don't care :D
As we now know, Nintendo shipped 15.08 Million Wii units. Down from the original 18 Million they expected. This has opened the door for Sony and the PS3 to be the best selling home console for the Fiscal Year. They had a target of 15 Million PS3's for the FY, just 80k units less than what the Wii had shipped. Pushing out an extra 80k is easy, really, after all the overshipping Sony do.
Now, where it gets tricky is the recent "50 Million sold" thing. For them to be BANG ON the 50 Million units at the end of March, then the Fiscal Year would only be at 14.3 (Or somewhere close to that). It can possibly be higher, but we wont know until May.
Anyway. The question I want to ask everyone here...
Have we just had the Year of the PS3, that many said would never come? We will find out for sure in May, but let your thoughts be heard here now
