This is the OP. I've looked it over, and at no point did I claim there would be no system at all. All I pointed out was that the rumor was untrustworthy. As it was a rumor at the time, I don't see how I should eat crow for pointing out a rumor is, well, a rumor.

I wasn't owned either, as until Nintendo confirmed the rumor was true, it was still, you know, a rumor.

That was the point of this thread, not to claim there would not be a new system coming. So those of you acting like I was wrong have completely missed the point of this thread.



A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.

I guess thats your fault for the confusion because you placed an opposite/counter-rumor on the table alongside the original rumor to prove your point..So facing with only two possibilities, one rumor has to be true while the other has to be false.
