http://www.lensoftruth.com/analysis/feature-crysis-2-frame-rate-analysis/

“Can it Run Crysis?” Welcome back for this special feature of Crysis 2 single player analysis. We’ve been getting bombarded with emails asking about how Crysis 2 performs on the consoles. So we decide to give our users a sneak peek on how the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 stack up to one another in terms of performance. But before you get to excited, this analysis only focuses on the single player campaign and a verdict will not be given until we complete our full in-depth analysis which will include more of the single player and  Multiplayer levels. Until then, enjoy!

Performance: Like we said above, this is not our full analysis and a verdict will not be given. In the scenes we captured the PlayStation 3 version seems to be tripled buffered and has absolutely zero screen tearing. On the other hand, the Xbox 360 has some tearing but seems to handle the frame rate more effectively in catioc scenes. Here what we got so far, as seen in our analysis video below, the PlayStation 3’s frame rate dips in hectic areas more often than the Xbox 360 version but the PlayStation 3 version has zero screen tearing. Below our the average frame rates and screen tearing percentages.

Lens of Noobs.

First clip got absolutely raped on PS3, 20 FPS and 1.88% ripped? Ouch, other than that if valid the comparison puts the versions not far away from each other as many were led to believe.

Disconnect and self destruct, one bullet a time.
