GT NEXT on NGP will be a port from PS3 GT5 with many new features

It works both ways. The PS4 could cure cancer and some people would complain that anti-smoking campaigners were out of work.
OT: NGP. It will probably have shorter development cycles, and will in any case just be an upgraded, reskinned and control-method-adjusted version of GT5. The new stuff will be reserved for GT6, which may or may not be a PS3 title.

most likely it will be one for psp2 i dont see another console gt till next gen and it looks like there going to push the hell out of psp2

NGP, they will bring a lor of work done on GT5 for the NGP version, add more and a few new things designed specifically for the NGP.

since sony says its so easy to port ps3 games then i want to see GT5 on the NGP.
