I think I always say the same thing when I see this chart.

As long as you aren't forced to buy and play the bad games, it doesn't make much sense to include them in an overall average score.

The number of great and good games is far more important.

PC for the win

The reason why PS3 won in consoles is it had less bad games compared to the 360

PS3 = 23 bad games

360 = 34 bad games

Wii = 27 bad games

Of Course That's Just My Opinion, I Could Be Wrong

looks like some got it correct. this is why aggregated scores like this are not the best way to judge games/consoles. i personally have gone off aggregate scores now, although they are at times good to watch.

Honestly as others said MetaCritic isn't the be all end all. However I gotta admit my console of choice (Wii) does have several bad games, I'm not suprised it lost. I am suprised however that PS3 beat 360 but as someone else pointed out it was just because their were a few more bad games on 360. While PS3 doesn't get all the bad games 360 and Wii do due to less developers bringing software to that system.
