So.. does Fox News just don't know where Egypt is?

or are they trying to say it's the new Iraq? >_>

haha this must be fake.

Eh, you'd be surprised the dumbass graphical and type mistakes you see on these 24 hour news stations.  The ammount of work they need done is staggering.

Israel has been bitingly critical of Obama because all signs seem to point to him behind the scenes threating Mubarak.  They basically are calling Obama Jimmy Carter but without the courage to publically speak about his ideals when he acts on them.

Given that most Americans can't tell Iraq from Mauritania on a map, they figure that manpower is better spent on something people will care about :P

It's not even the funniest Fox News goof up I think.

3:00 a.m they cut electricity supply to big areas in Cairo. 10 dead people so far and over 600 people were arrested..

Metro stations stopped yesterday.

Facebook and twitter were blocked/unblocked several times today, Mobinil, vodafone and etisalat ,companys that provides cell phone coverage, was forced to stop their services in several areas.

Aljazzera reporters were arrested and media blockage continues.

Religifags (fuck those) continue to tell people to stay home and how it is HARAM to go against the authority and that Mohammed told them not to.

this picture is from yesterday.. Cairo never looked so beautiful.

You are wrong. Most of them are saying that you should go againest the authority because it's a bad one.

And Mohammed didn't tell us that we have to follow the government on what ever they do. He told us if they doing something not good we should go againest them. So please don't say something you don't know about.

I should've worded it differently. what I meant was: those religious shaikhs aren't true muslims u know, they just tsit there to protect the fucking government.

I know what Islam is :)

I've been in touch with my Egytpian fellas in the past few days, it's all I did.

The police withdrawn, fucking hosny mubark did this on purpose but Egyptians were much stronger than what that piece of shit thought.

2 members of each family stay up all night infront of their buldings and make groups  to protect their belongings. Most buidlings contains 5 families AT LEAST, so this worked very well. Unfortunately, malls and shopping areas left unportected and were robbed. They continue to live without internet connections and I actually had to spend my latest savings on telephone calls. SMS's are NEVER delivered.

Tomorrow is gonna be HUGE. 2 Millions are expected to protest and the government already shut the cell phones networks down again.

Egyptian airlines is gonna stop working tomorrow and may resume their flights on wed. The airport is a mess , people have to spend 1 day at least in the airport before leaving, 2 friends of mine spent 2 nights there.

I have never loved an Arabic country as much I love Egypt and Egyptians right now.

Also peope defending Mubark... He never attacked other countries and that somehow makes him good? wtf!

He has been attacking his own people for decades what else do you want?

Yeah I dunno.

Me, i'd like everywhere to have a democracy.

I don't even care if that Democracy votes to pay terrorists to attack the US.

Well I mean, I DO but I feel like that's just the price you pay... and in the end it's a better thing.

I mean say a country votes in terrorists... well, they'll have to deal with the concequences of doing so... whatever it is, it is.  You know.

Or rather, the penalties army members faced thanks too the holocaust.

In general though, I just mean things like economic sanctions, and possibly even bombings.

Let people have full choice, and also have to reap full negative consequences.  In general it will make the world and nations better.

For example... Gaza.  Bush went against what everyone was telling him and supported elections in Gaza... Hamas ended up winning, then everyone just pretends Hamas didn't win and don't recognize them as the leaders... even though there is no signs of tampering with the election.

I say, recognize Hamas as the legal government of Gaza... and treat Hams no longer like a terrorist group, but a rogue government that's firing missles at people.  Let them, and Gaza have the added power... and the extra consequences.

I'm not really against the Idea of a Pyhrric Victory.  I don't see how it would apply.  Israel won the war, and wasn't any more worse off for it.

Though, yeah.  Bunker Hill was a Victory by the British.  Or at least that's how it was taught here.   A Pyhrric victory.

Egypt won some battles, but they weren't really Pyhrric victories.  They didn't lose the war because of those battles.

Ignore what I said. I mixed up the definition of a Pyrrhic victory.
