When all the Final Fantasy fans ran out and bought PS3s Sony lost all real reason to give a crap about whether the series is exclusive or not. They got their system seller without actually having to buy the exclusive.

Sony: 1

Final Fantasy Fans: 0.5, they still got the game they wanted.

This is an action RPG right? Of which the 360 has multiple 3M plus selling franchises between Oblivion, Fallout and Fable with Mass Effect waiting in the wings. They would be crazy not to see how this userbase would eat it up even more so than FFXIII.

The chances of this going multi are pretty good tbh. Nomura can say he wants it exclusive and to stay that way but he doesn`t have the power to keep it that way. If the higher ups ask it to go multi..so shall it be done. At this point based off Square`s recent comments and hitory, a multi announcement would not come as a shock. I doubt it will be announced as multi at this event however, most likely bet would be at E3.



 How our favorite systems are just like humans and sometimes have issues finding their special someone...

Xbox 360 wants to Kinect &  PS3 wants to Move!  Why are both systems having such relationship problems?  The reason is they both become so infactuated with desire while watching the Wii as it waggles on by. They simply want what they can't have.

Money won't mean a thing if your in the hospital or worse: dead.  Trust me man, the Japanese are crazy.  Especially when it comes to their games.  And we all know the majority of gamers in Japan are PS3 fanboys.  

OT:  I hope they keep Versus exclusive.  And keeping it exclusive isn't the worst thing in the world.  The game will sell obviously *looks at FFXIII sales in PS3*  And for me Quality>Quantity.  


No offense, but you sound like that nerd that was talking about Japanese culture back when Final Fantasy 13 e3 announcement (someone could post it if they want). Sorry I don't trust you, if it happens I bet no person would harm someone else....maybe themselves. 

To be fair to Noobslayer92. Wada did recieve a substantial amount of death threats for FF13 multiplatform release in Japan, and generally the 360 is ignored in Japan, so i think its likely the west will get it for both consoles. the Japanese sales of FF13 on the 360 dont justify a release for that market, so i dont think it will be going multiplat in JP.

I don't even think it is a wise investment to release in Japan either, unless 20k sales results in translation profit, but a western multi release just makes more sense. What I will say is, that no one got hurt with FF13, why would they now?

Versus gameplay has been leaked, it was an extremely short reveal though. I cannot wait for more.
