DK and Wii dropped a lot more than expected :(

That's some awesome numbers for the PS3 for this week. And GT5 returns to the top 50, but for how long? Sharp drop next week? DKCR is doing fantastically. As is MHP3, and Wii Party.
Time to do the usual comparison to the preview anyway.
Preview numbers in brackets...
PSP - 108k (170-190k)
DS - 99k (175-195k)
Wii - 77k (120-140k)
PS3 - 76k (65-75k)
MHP3 - 283k (348k)
DKCR - 107k (166k)

Looks like PS3 will win weekly by quite a bit in 2011 (expect it to win next week), though, and still has a shot at yearly.
That all as long as DQX doesn't release this year. If it does, PS3'll be miles behind Wii.

It isn't dominance yet,I only said it started.
Being so close to the Wii in weekly numbers already is a good start.How much impact can DQX produce?Should help the Wii outsell the PS3 for about a month?And certainly by not enough amounts to compensate for the wins PS3 will have through the year,except holidays(though if it gets a price-cut near the holidays,that's questionable).And you are forgetting about the GT5 bundling and Final Fantasy Versus,which is hopefully releasing this year.Those 2 should widen the gap even more for 2011.Saying it will be ''miles'' behind the Wii is unreasonable.

You're underestimating DQ hugely. It is second only to Mario on home consoles in Japan. Remember the huge effects of NSMBW in holidays 2009? This'll do significantly more because the core DQ base clashes with the Wii base. I expect it to give Wii a few 150k weeks even if it releases during the summer. GT5 is pretty much worthless in Japan and, nowdays, FF (and not a main one, at that) is nothing compared to DQ in Japan. If DQX doesn't release, and nothing much else works for Wii, PS3'll be significantly ahead, but DQX will push Wii to over 2m next year if it releases, way ahead of whatever PS3'll be at.

You actually think that Move is a factor here? Surely you've noticed that it's actually on the same level as Kinect right now? Besides, no miracle could make it counter DQX.
