Are people managing to pull things together? Or are all levels single boss fights? I'm concerned on this due to the 'thermometer' limiting space and objects in the first.

This is so promising. I can't wait to see what people can do after 6 months with the final game (creation tools are limited in the beta).

you don't have to limit yourself to one thermometer , since you can link multiple levels to each others and they act like loading screens or screens

in short you can do as much as you want.

The problem with making RPG's will be in terms of levelling up and equipment. When you go to a new level it'll be "new", you won't have equipment, experience points or anything from your previous level that you finished. This will mean the main motivating factor for playing these RPG's people make on LBP2 will be the story and possibly battle system type.
