I think we should count Super Mario Galaxy 2. The multiplayer mode is really nothing.

It's actually very misleading to say that it can be played by 2 people.

Well it's not as misleading as the first SMG where you basically only gathered star bits with your Wii Remote.

There's more interaction in SMG2 between both players. This time you can hit enemies and do some other stuff but it gets kind of boring after a short while. But I guess it can still be considered multiplayer.
