Buy it at all costs, anyone who advises you to do otherwise is horrendous.

Found it boring, ugly, and really more a pain in the butt......Battle System and Clothing system was cool but not enough to let me finish the game 

you must be playing it backwards.

Pretty much, the city was pretty interesting though and some of plot elements were, but they weren't fleshed out at all.

I would say get it once the price drops a bit more i bought it for full price 60 bucks and didnt finish it for like 2 months after my purchase.
Its a good game but they just didnt really flesh out alot of stuff well id give it a 8.2/10.

Apparently they do. Especially Neverland, which is supposed to be OMGWTFBBQ hard. I trounced it in about an hour last night, so I'm guessing either people don't grasp the battle system at all or they don't know how to configure their guns. Or both.

Difficult games I don't mind as long as it's logic and not because of implementing poor gameplay elements.  Mixed opinions, we'll see.

Fantastic as long you don't expect to be blown away by the story... I didn't and I'm loving it...
