Wow. I can't believe how he kept his cool, especially after she slapped him. It's seriously fucked up that he got fired.

At least 4chan is on the case!

This is not about racism directly. She call him the n word because she trying to made him mad. It didn't work. Th postman kept his cool the whole time and refused to accept her flamebait. Obviously she saw signing the letter was a huge mistake so I assume it must be over some legal matter against her husband.  It really sad the postman lost his job when he was the one who kept his cool. Of course that's probably because  he knew he was recording it.

 I know people who are not racist yet  if black person made them mad they will use the n-word just like if  a woman calling her a b....

 Racism is a deep constant hated toward a race and not just flying off with the mouth. If we be honest we all  had said things when we are mad we wouldn't normally say.

She didn't just use the N word. She's a racist, end of story. 

Are you saying this woman would not act the same if the person was white. I believe she would.

I really don't know where to stand on such matters.

To verbally abuse someone using racist terms is stupid but it's freedom of speech.

Banning or outlawing people from making racists remarks don't solve the problem of racism it just hides it away.

At the same time I won't want to hear or read racial insults whenever I go out or go to an online forum like VGCharts etc.,

Now to be physically abused is a different matter.

Hitting a woman is a big NO the way I was brought up but if I was that guy the slap (after all the verbals) would have been a stretch too far and I would have found it difficult not to hit back.

I suppose it's a bit naive these days but you know "sticks and stones" and all that...then again...

The fact that he was fired is far more worrying, why? Because he is black?

Even still, say it is a defensless person, you beat the crap out of them, and then they sue you for everything they have.  So you end up rotting in prison, while they happily take that check to the bank.  It's not right, but it is reality. (although i don't support beating a person for using racial slurs in the first place either.)

I would have came out of my car after the 2nd video and curb stomp the crazy bitch, and be very unapologetic about it.

That word is never going to go away whether black people use it or not.  So how is it black people's fault? Black people didn't even come up with that word to start with. 

Also, how is the black man at greater fault when the incident of assault would have never occured had the person dishing the insult kept their mouth shut? Not saying assault is the solution, but if you insult a person with a racial slur and get beat down, don't be surprised by the consequences.  This is like defending a porn star who goes on Ghetto Gaggers, gets degraded, then placing the blame on the guys who degraded her because she wasn't aware of the criteria involved. No it's her fault for making a poor decision in life, just as it's the racist person's fault for making a horrible decision.

The N word will never go away as long people know this made a lot of black people mad. This is what the woman was trying to do but failed. She really wanted her way so she acted as a spoiled little child who just been told "no".
