This is not about racism directly. She call him the n word because she trying to made him mad. It didn't work. Th postman kept his cool the whole time and refused to accept her flamebait. Obviously she saw signing the letter was a huge mistake so I assume it must be over some legal matter against her husband. It really sad the postman lost his job when he was the one who kept his cool. Of course that's probably because he knew he was recording it.
I know people who are not racist yet if black person made them mad they will use the n-word just like if a woman calling her a b....
Racism is a deep constant hated toward a race and not just flying off with the mouth. If we be honest we all had said things when we are mad we wouldn't normally say.
