See that's what gets me about this article. He entitles it just for the sake of flamebaiting, whines and moans for two pages, and then tries to get himself off the hook with "I don't hate the game or anything." I mean who's this guy trying to kid here? At least when most people rant on something they don't pretend like they actually like it as this guy does.

It probably is a good game, and so was Fable 2. The problem with that title however was that it was so damn easy it just got boring and didn't have any challenge. Anyone know if Fable 3 is harder to beat?

I've seen average reviews. Reviewers are giving lower scores to sequels this year (bioshock 2, fallout vegas, and fable 3) whether or not the base game is good.

I dont know why you are trying to put words in my mouth. All i asked for was some opinion and whether the claims the person in the article said were true or not. No need to get sensitive about the subject.

It's actually easier... I got the achievement for not "dying" at all in the course of the game.. I wasn't even shooting for it (did not know it was an achievement until I beat the game)

IGN are the kings of mis-leading titles

fable 3 has significant amounts of fail in it.  glitchy as hell  being stuck in a wall and unable to save sucks…. the line has a tendency lay over areas i can not travel the dog gets stuck every where, sometimes the level just does not load. not digging on the new upgrade system, or the non menu thing feel like its been set up for kinteck use. (i wish there was an option where you could use a true menu if you wanted too)

the story was way to short, especially the ruling segment i thought that would gone on longer and got burned because of it.  there also needs to be a global repair … why cant i warp to the hunting lodge? …

however ….. the story was very good as was the art direction, the multiplayer was much better then last time. and its very nice to see our decisions have effects, there just are not enough of them.

the characters very believable and managed to get somewhat invested in them.  

the escort missions had a award bug if i bumped into my dog i ended up walking really slow till i let go and then re connected

so far have finished all but 3 quests, and am spending a good deal of time playing on others games now.

i feel this is less then the prior game in many ways but it does seem to be a story telling upgrade ….

the constancy in characters from the prior game was nice….. loved that it new what remember  the last hero i played with was …. if only more could have come like that….

i will pick up fable 4 mainly due to the story, i no longer have real faith in the gameplay  i rated it a 7 something ... it was just missing too much

Fable 3 is a broken glitchy unimproved game often worse then its predecesor.  thats the truth.  360 is running out of reasons even for devout fans to keep beliveing in it.  you can just tell the game is so far from being finished in the first half hour of playing it.  I dont understand how everyone does not see this..
