Do I really see many people saying professor Layton is better than Phoenix Wright series?? Seriously, how can it be!

As long as Takumi writes the story I'm sure it'll be an amazing game!

Takumi is confirmed to be involved as the scenario writer, though I'm sure Level-5 is retaining considerable control.

And yes

Professor Layton is the series I prefer between the two

I disagree with your preference. I prefer Phoenix Wright more.

I dissagree with yours, proefossor layton series have very emotional stories, if you played layton 3 you have to know how tear bursting that game was

Ending of the Phoenix Wright 1 was sadder

I just realized something. They're in a storybook world, that allows people from different eras to meet at once? They're in the Nexus from Star Trek Generations!

Oh god, please no.

MWAHAHAHAHA!

A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.

Plus, just for the hell of it: Kelly Brook at the 2008 BAFTAs

Now do you mean the thing with Edgeworth, the thing with the train, or case 5?

Or the Subspace Emissary world from Super Smash Bros. Brawl.

It don't see people brawling, so it's not that. Plus this is funnier.

Darth, you have said this several times in the topic already. I know. I do not care that you prefer Phoenix Wright over Professor Layton. That's fine! But you don't have to tell it to everyone who mentions preferring Layton.

I prefer Professor layton way over Phoenix Wright.

I personally feel than Phoenix Wright is better!

@fwap

I don't like your fur or teeth!

I have to go with Nintendogamer. Layton is so much better. Wright is like an uneducated, pouting school boy. No style, no substance.

Layton VS Ace Attorney Update Coming at Tokyo Game Show

The most intriguing (based off how many of you read our story on it!) game from last year's Level-5 Vision press conference was Professor Layton VS Ace Attorney, a crossover title that's being developed by Level-5 and Capcom's Shu Takumi. But in the year since the announcement, we've heard nothing.

That will be changing next week at the Tokyo Game Show. Capcom is holding a stage event on the 16th from 13:40 to 14:10. In attendance will be Takumi, Level-5 CEO Akihiro Hino and Capcom's Hironobu Takeshita. The content of the event will include development secrets behind Professor Layton VS Ace Attorney, and new information about the game.

While the 16th is press only, the stage show will be repeated on the show's first public day, the 17th, from 12:30 to 13:00.

Old news lol xD

But yeah, I'm extremely excited about this game. Two of my favourite franchises in one game!
