i wouldn't say that...i'm quite sure that epic yarn will be a great game for the wii fans out there but kirby isn't exactly a major franchise for nintnedo.

one 5 million seller back on the gameboy, then everything else between 1.5 - 2.5 million.  none of them had front loaded sales.  and for this week, wii is about 30k behind ps360.  wii might see a boost next week but i doubt it will be enough of a spike to win the week.  

with a 9 million and two 5 million sellers...donkey kong country has a much better shot at boosting wii's hardware imo.

I wouldn't say the Wii is in trouble, but don't expect Kirby to really boost hardware. SMG2 didn't boost it much and neither did Metroid, i think most people who are really fund of Nintendo's franchises have already bought a Wii by now.

It's dropping like lead weight now, I was predicting it will hit 82M but it looks like it can only do 79M.  Shipments should hit 80M though.

Its hard for me to believe Castlevania sold that little.Well some big 2D Castlevania fans like me didin't buy it because..Well its copycat of Darksiders which is copycat from Gow/Zelda etc.

I get so disappointed with gamers sometimes, two fantastic games are released and they both bomb in the opening week, while FIFA, Halo: Reach, NSMB and some Wii game just keep chugging along. No wonder new studios are failing, gamers are getting stupider and are relying far to much on older franchises instead of helping to create newer and better ones. Enslaved and Castlevania deserved so much more, they should have just made Enslaved a 360 exclusive and Castlevania a PS3 exclusive, maybe then they could have sold better on the back of fanboy hype.

No, it's just one shouldn't bet on Kirby for boosting hardware. The highest selling Kirby game was around 5 million or so I believe.

I would wait for DKCR and then see how it will boost hardware.
