Sounds cool. However ive seen patients HR's skyrockey briefly just switching positions. People can feel light head and dizzy with a pulse ox of 95 and be fine with 85. Everybodys body is different. 

It seems to me this is normal relaxation techniques we teach people in hospitals except you get a cute graph on your screen that really isnt a good measure of "relaxation" seeing a show every body reacts not only differently to stress but bodys interperate of stress is different.

Might as well buy an Incentive Spirometer its just as fun as this and is more measurable objectively and will help your lung function :)

You don't need to integrate it all in one controller to get feedback on the blook pressure, heart rate or breathing. Couldn't it work just by clipping it to one of your toes? The first controller you use to move yourself ingame, while the second is monitoring your stats.

Or just play co-op, and start screaming to your partnert to relax... lol

i think that the hard mode will make you breath like you where having sex like ...
