8.0	Presentation A great representation of the old-school style in a new design. A little more in the flair outside of the game would have been better, but it's a great first start.
9.0	Graphics Super fast, super smooth visuals with an incredible style all its own.
9.0	Sound Tim Kitzrow brings back the one liners and then some...it's not Jam without him, and he brings that needed energy.
9.0	Gameplay EA Sports nailed the classic feel and shows that the 15 year old arcade game can live on today.
8.0	Lasting Appeal There's not much variety in the actual gameplay, but the addictiveness, multiplayer competitiveness and the hidden unlockables will keep you coming back.
8.5 OVERALL	Great (out of 10)

There are very good reviews, and if EA had just shut up with the HD versions plans for 1 more month, this should had sell very well based on reviews and word of mouth, now everywhere I see they are telling you to wait, don't buy the game, the HD versions will have more features, it will cost less, etc. And that editions still don't have release date or even price.
